Project Overview
Live In Cleveland Akron was built for Taylor Fox, a Northeast Ohio real estate agent with Howard Hanna. The project focused on creating a polished WordPress website that could support her personal real estate brand, showcase listings, highlight local communities, and give potential buyers and sellers a clear place to learn more, browse, and connect.
WordPress Website Build
I built the website in WordPress, creating the main site structure, page layouts, visual sections, calls to action, and backend setup. The goal was to make the site feel professional and easy to navigate while keeping it practical for ongoing updates, listing changes, and real estate content.

Listing Management
A major part of the build was creating a system that made listings easier to add, edit, and manage. I installed and configured plugins that allow Taylor to update listings more easily, giving the site a stronger real estate foundation without making routine updates overly complicated.
Website Graphics & Visual Design
I created the website graphics, brand visuals, and supporting design elements used throughout the site. The design needed to feel polished and local, while still being clean enough for buyers and sellers to quickly understand Taylor’s services, market area, and real estate expertise.

Local SEO Community Pages
To support search visibility across Northeast Ohio, I created community-focused pages targeting different cities and local markets. These pages were built to help the site expand beyond a basic real estate profile and give search engines more relevant, location-specific content tied to the areas Taylor serves.
Backend Editing Experience
The site was also built with ongoing usability in mind. Taylor needed the ability to make updates without everything feeling overly technical, so the backend setup, plugins, and content structure were created to make editing listings and site content more manageable after launch.

Impact
