Project Overview

SlipDix is a SUTSTONE-built ecommerce brand that I run from the ground up, covering nearly every part of the business: branding, website design, product catalog management, supplier data, SEO, paid advertising, checkout improvements, analytics, customer experience, promotions, and ongoing digital operations. The project is a full ecommerce ecosystem built to compete in a crowded online retail space with stronger visuals, clearer navigation, and a more conversion-focused shopping experience.

Business & Brand Ownership

Unlike a single client project, SlipDix is a full business I operate. That means the work includes both the visible creative side and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep the store moving. I handle the brand direction, visual presentation, product organization, technical updates, sales strategy, advertising decisions, tracking setup, site improvements, and the daily decisions that shape the customer experience.

Ecommerce & Product Management

A major part of the project is managing a large and constantly changing ecommerce catalog. This includes supplier product imports, product titles, pricing logic, inventory visibility, category assignments, product data cleanup, product sorting strategy, metadata, search-friendly organization, and making sure shoppers can browse the site in a way that feels intentional instead of overwhelming.

SEO & Content Structure

SlipDix required a deep SEO structure built around categories, subcategories, manufacturer pages, metadata, product naming, landing pages, and internal navigation. I created and refined SEO-friendly category pages, product copy, meta titles, descriptions, keywords, URL structures, and on-page content designed to improve visibility while still keeping the shopping experience clean and usable.

CRO, Checkout & Tracking

The site has been shaped around improving conversion and reducing friction. This includes checkout UX improvements, shipping messaging, express checkout testing, out-of-stock handling, category sort strategy, landing page refinement, Google Search Console review, enhanced conversion tracking, GCLID capture, consent/banner behavior, and analysis of where paid traffic and organic visitors may be dropping off.

Advertising & Growth

I manage the strategy behind paid and organic growth, including Google Ads, product landing pages, search intent, paid traffic behavior, conversion tracking, and promotional planning. The work includes reviewing campaign performance, identifying weak points in the customer journey, improving category presentation, and making creative and technical changes that support stronger sales.

Operations & Technical Work

SlipDix also involves hands-on technical and operational work, including OpenCart updates, Journal theme customization, product import/export management, supplier data organization, Stripe and express checkout configuration, site speed review, tracking code implementation, category restructuring, search console setup, and ongoing fixes that keep the store functional and scalable.

Impact

SlipDix represents the full range of what SUTSTONE LLC can do when design, ecommerce, marketing, operations, and technical execution all come together. It is not just a website — it is a living ecommerce business built, managed, optimized, and continuously improved from brand identity to backend systems.
